The transfer sentence

Write one sentence that names the approved source, approved destination, data class, business purpose, operator role, and verification step. If the sentence is hard to write, the workflow probably needs clarification.

Before

Confirm source and destination.
Check authorization and available space.
Choose an approved local staging location, if needed.

After

Verify size or checksum where appropriate.
Confirm ownership and permissions.
Remove temporary local copies according to policy.

Editing a remote file is also a transfer workflow

Mobatek documentation notes that the SSH browser can open a remote file in an editor and save changes back. Record backup expectations, file ownership, change approval, and how the operator verifies that the intended remote copy changed.

Keep the note product-aware, not product-dependent

Use precise MobaXterm terms where they help an operator, but maintain the boundary rule independently. The same rule should remain understandable if the interface or supported transfer method changes.
