These terms govern use of mobaxterm-remote.us, operated by Portage Field Notes LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Informational website
The site provides general educational material about remote-operations practices and describes our independent consulting services. Site content is not a substitute for technical testing, vendor documentation, legal advice, compliance assessment, security certification, or a signed professional-services agreement.
Independent status and trademarks
Portage Field Notes LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a reseller for Mobatek or MobaXterm. MobaXterm and Mobatek names and marks belong to their respective owners. Product downloads, licensing, sales, authoritative specifications, and vendor support must be obtained through official channels.
No engagement through site use
Browsing, emailing, calling, or opening a mail draft does not create a consulting relationship. Services begin only under a separate written agreement accepted by authorized representatives.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful informational purposes. Do not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious material, misrepresent site content, or use the site to violate another party’s rights.
